Our wallet top-up and refund guidelines
All wallet top-ups on InstaKYC are generally non-refundable once the amount has been credited to your wallet and services have been consumed. However, we provide refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below.

To initiate a refund, email support@instakyc.in with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Mobile Number]" and include:
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source (UPI account) within the timelines specified above. Refunds are processed only to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternate payment methods.
A processing fee of ₹25 or 2% of the refund amount (whichever is higher) may be deducted for account closure refunds. No fee is charged for refunds due to our system errors.
